At Chicago House Youth Academy, every player has a place to begin and a pathway to grow.
Our player development model is designed to meet athletes where they are in their journey—building confidence, developing technical ability, and preparing them for the next challenge every step of the way.
Player Development Program (Ages 4–9)
Discover the Game. Build Confidence. Fall in Love with Soccer.
Our youngest players learn in a fun, engaging environment where the focus is on movement, coordination, creativity, and developing a lifelong passion for the game.

Pre Academy (U8–U12)
As players grow, they enter our Pre Academy, where technical development becomes the priority.
Training focuses on:
Ball mastery
1v1 attacking and defending
Passing and receiving
Decision making
Small-sided game understanding
Our goal is to prepare players for the demands of Academy soccer while continuing to foster confidence and enjoyment.
Academy (U13–U19)
Academy is designed for players who are committed to reaching their highest potential.

U23
Our U23 program provides talented players with an opportunity to continue developing in a competitive environment while preparing for senior-level soccer.

The First Team represents the highest level of the Chicago House pathway, providing aspiring players with a clear vision of what is possible through commitment, development, and hard work.
